Trace my route is a simple app that helps you know where you came from. For those who are easily lost in town, this app shows the path you took to get where you are.
The application runs in background mode to allow a constant tracking of your position.
Accuracy of route might decrease indoors.
Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.

A few approximations on position when walking. Works great when driving, and is tracing some movements when staying in the same place for a while, but nothing really disturbing. Pins and distance travelled are a nice addition to the app.

Instructions?
I would be more impressed if there were any instructions at all. No indication of haw to start, stop or quit, much less anything else! Toffer

Does not trace your path
This app is trash. It cant do the very thing its designed to do. You put a pin at your start point and that is all. Thats all it can do. It shows you where your at and nothing from start to now. There are no options either. No setting and no way to find out if its working.

Why
Trying this app to map a walking route, but when opened it starts in the Atlantic Ocean. My "Location Services" are turned on and Google Maps shows my current location so I dont know why Trace My Route is starting in the Atlantic. Recommendations ?
